Dopest Bar In KC

Manifesto is located in the basement of the Rieger Hotel in the Crossroads district. It is the coolest bar in Kansas City. It is in the style of an old school speakeasy, you text for reservations, and the drinks are made by award-winning mixologists. But the sickest part is that you read the menus by candlelight, the entrance is in the back of an alley, and some drinks come with a giant block of ice. Order the Smokin' Choke.

Food Pyramid

Check out this food pyramid from Harvard. Notice that the most important things are exercise and weight management a.k.a. portion control. Surprisingly, rice and pasta are in the "use sparingly" category and plant oils are something you should be consuming daily.

Lunch

Bringing your lunch is a great way to save money but there are so few cool ways to transport it. Here is my new lunch box, which I feel overcomes the lameness problem. It is metal and gives off the vibe that you are back in the 1940s about to do some serious work on the high beam of a skyscraper.
